The three most important steps to take to lose weight are...
  1. Decide that NOW is the time to begin to take control of your more procrastinating.
  2. Make a commitment to take small steps every day to change your eating and exercise habits. 
  3. Promise yourself that no matter how many times you may fail along the way, you will succeed if you remain persistent and NEVER, EVER GIVE UP.
