Focus On What's Going Right

If you're stuck on a weight loss plateau you can prevent discouragement by focusing on what you're doing right. You might be drinking more water, cooking healthier meals, eating more fruits and veggies, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, etc. Focus on what you're doing right and this could help you find the encouragement and motivation to do more.

Think Differently About Weight Loss Plateaus



When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world.
