Any time Is Salad Time
Any time is salad time - I recently developed a love for and fascination with salads. Whenever I made salads in the past I never really put much thought into them; salads always felt a bit like a medicine I had to take rather than a tasty, filling dish to enjoy. The only long term solution to weight gain is to find ways to develop new habits. Take it slowly, change one thing about your eating and exercise at a time. Don't try to change all your habits at once. Habit change is the key.
