Make each workout count. Give each workout session all you've got and you'll see the results.

    Your post is so true. Sometimes getting to the gym is only half of the battle. Maybe on a subconscious level I often put a mental check sign next to the workout line in my mind and as soon as I do that, I often rush to get the heck out of the gym. Made me think that the mental "check" should not be there until 100% of the workout is complete and you are 100% satisfied with the outcome!
