The act of putting sugar in your tea and coffee is a deeply entrenched habit for many of us. Yet if you practice not adding sugar, you'll find that over time your cravings for it will disappear.
I always used to add sugar in my tea, coffee and in some juice drinks such as Mangosteen Juice, orange juice etc. But now as I have gained some mass I have decided to quit taking sugar in any form.

I don't understand why some people add sugar in their cup of coffee. Coffee doesn't taste good after adding sugar. You can't know its real taste unless you taste it black and without sugar.

Agreed. Hubby and I both gave up sugar in our coffee. Now, we cringe if our drinks are sweet. It's just a habit.
