There's No Secret To Fitness and Weight Loss

It's amazing how often I see people asking others 'What's your secret?' when they see someone whose lost a significant amount of weight. There is no secret, it's down to plain old fashioned hard work and dedication with a lot of focus, persistence, belief, and a never-give-up attitude thrown in.
