Change Your Direction

A destination change is difficult and takes time, but a direction change can be achieved in an instant. Making very small changes to your diet and activity levels are the direction changes that can lead to a much better destination in your life than the one you'd arrive at if you did absolutely nothing at all.

  2. Your contact link at the top of your site doesn't work. Question: do you offer any solo ads for advertisers?

  3. I'm glad you're finding them useful Marc :)

Hi Tracey...I'm not quite sure what you mean. Can you please explain your question a little further :)

  4. I need to exercise and avoid doing nothing. I think the internet can be blamed for some of the increase in inactivity. Someone needs to design an awesome RPG game that you can only play like the Wii games and gets lots of inactive people active again.

  5. Hi bran, I absolutely agree with you. I spend A LOT of time on the internet EVERYDAY and this means I am inactive for much of my day. I'm sure there is not a day that goes by that I am not wondering how to get more exercise while still working online. I'm even considering getting a treadmill desk or having one made up. A successful way to be online and be active at the same time is a big gap in the market and the person or company who invents that way will make millions.
