Exercise On The Go

Exercise On The Go - I motivate myself to exercise by setting small goals for myself throughout the day....'Do lunges to the fridge; Heel raises while brushing my teeth. What small goals would you add to this list to inspire YOU to exercise on the go? Remember, If you're not yet ready to take huge steps, even baby steps will get you there eventually (if you never give up).

Ha! I do heel raises whenever I'm in line somewhere and whenever I'm on the phone at home! :) Also, engage your core ALL THE TIME! And shoulders back!
