You Don't Have To Do It Perfectly


Even though you think you'll do really badly in your next workout, do it anyway. An imperfect workout is always better than no workout.

  2. Nice tips.Find fun exercise. Join a softball team, commute to work on a bike, whatever. Your strategy should be time sensitive only make choices you can see yourself committing to for years, be it gym, dieting, whatever temporary won’t work.
