Focusing on why you started will help you to keep going....What's your WHY? Remember it whenever you feel discouraged or when your motivation is low.

  1. Thanks Linda for posting the Youtube about the guy that lost over 100 pounds doing yoga. It does make me realize what is holding me back isn't my age or health issues. It is me. I was never so bad off that I got around on braces. After I got out of the military I went through some hard times for different reasons, but I remember my granddaughters would think the bearded homeless guys on the street were grandpa when they were 2 and 3 yrs old. Anyway thanks for all the effort you put into your blog.

  2. Marc I'm so pleased this video inspired you. We are all capable of so much more than we realise. I love the word realise because it makes me think of 'real eyes'. If we saw ourselves with the eyes of unlimited potential we would all do incredible things.
